The card must be signed immediately by the person that the card is issued to at the point of issue and the full details of the member recorded in the computer, ie. Name, Address, Phone Number, etc.
Notification in writing of a change of address, name, or phone number is the responsibility of the member Tool Specialists will not be responsible for information to a member or notification of change of conditions and/or ammendments where change of address is not notified.
Use of the card is the acceptance of the conditions of use for the Toolies V.I.P. Club card and the ammendment to those conditions from time to time.
If the goods purchased are returned for credit refund, any points that were allotted will be subtracted from the total points allotted. If the points allotted were claimed prior to the return of goods for credit refund, the value of the claimed dollar will be deducted from the credit refund.
Bonus points not claimed within 6 months of the expiry date of the card will be lost.
Bonus points are not redeemable for cash.
Bonus points cannot be redeemed together with any other discount card or system. Toolies V.I.P. Club card is not transferable to any other person and is only to be used by the person or identity to whom it was issued. Companies, families, partnerships, other than a single person can become members of Toolies V.I.P. Club but must register fully and correctly at the point of issue of the card.
Any member that does not activate their card within the expiry date of the card will be deleted from the mailing list. If this member wishes to rejoin Toolies V.I.P. Club they would need to reapply.
Any card that has been obtained without registration is not valid.
